
Gregory E. Rupp, President
Greg attended Duchesne High School where he graduated in 1987. Greg then went on to play baseball at a Florida College for two years then transferred to the University of Missouri-Columbia where he graduated with a BA in 1992.
Upon graduating, Greg wanted to share with other students & families the information that enabled him and his brother to attend college and earn a degree. Thereby Greg started in the College and Financial Services business in 1992. Since then, Greg has helped many families with their personal financial situations and to help them send their kids to the college of their choice.
Greg married his wife Kathy in 1994 and they now reside in O'Fallon. They are blessed with three children, Allison, Matthew, and Joseph. Greg and Kathy are members of All Saints Parish and spend most of their time with their children and helping in the community. Greg is currently on the Advisory Board of Directors at "Youth In Need" and serves as a Special Event Co-Chairs for All Saints Parish Capital Campaign.

Melissa Gould, Education Director
After graduating from Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in Elementary Education in 1997, Melissa pursued her teaching career, educating students from third grade up through sophomores in high school over the course of six years. She spent five years teaching for the City of St. Charles school district before accepting a position with EFFAS.
During her time in the district, Melissa served on numerous committees such as SEEK-St. Charles, and the YES on S campaign committee. In 2002-2003 she was the president for the St. Charles Education Association, a local National Education Association affiliate.
Shortly after earning her M.Ed. from National-Louis University in 2002, she began teaching ACT prep classes for EFFAS and, in 2003, took on a full-time position as Education Coordinator.
Melissa and her husband, Dan, were married in June of 2004. They just recently welcomed their first son Patrick into the world in August of 2006. Melissa also has a 20 year old stepdaughter who is currently a pre medicine major at Lindenwood University. They reside in St. Charles City.

Ron Epps
Ron graduated from St. Charles West in 1992, and received a Financial Management degree from the University of Missouri Columbia in 1997.
Ron and his wife Becky were married in November of 2001 and were blessed with the birth of Sara Elizabeth in June of 2003 and a son Charles Ryan in November 2005. Ron also has a 13 year old stepson, Jake, and enjoys coaching his basketball team and serving as director of the Upward Basketball league at Calvary Church in St.Peters.
Although Ron's mother and 2 sisters were schoolteachers in St. Charles, he chose Finance as his career and has been working in the Lending Industry since 1997. Scott and Greg had been referring their clients to Ron for many years and decided in August of 2004 to bring Ron on full-time to assist EFFAS’s clients with their college loan needs.
Tami Peine, Client Service Specialist
Tami graduated from St. Dominic High School in 1988, and received a Management Information Systems Degree in 1993. Upon graduation, Tami worked in Accounting and as Software Developer for nineteen years with a local Information Technology Company.
Tami married her husband Doug in 1995 and they now reside in O’Fallon, Missouri. They have been blessed with three children, Madison, Cole and Sophie. Tami and Doug are members of All Saints Parish where they have been instrumental in the Capital Campaign. In addition to spending a lot of time with their children, they are active in the community that has been their home for over 20 years.
Kathy Rupp, Special Events Coordinator
Kathy graduated from Hazelwood Central in 1987 and received a BA in Art from the University of Missouri- Columbia in 1991. While at Mizzou, Kathy met her future husband Greg who is the President and Owner of EFFAS. Upon marrying in 1994, Greg and Kathy moved to St. Peters and eventually to O’Fallon, where they reside today. Greg and Kathy have been blessed with 3 children and are very active at All Saints Parish as Special Event Co-Chairs for the Capital Campaign. In addition, Kathy has been very involved volunteering for local charities and parish related events.
